Our passion to help others has paved the way to run specific Fundraising Drives for Not-For-Profit Organisations. We have a select range of products available through our Fundraising Drives and offer you support and promotion of your Fundraising Drive through our Social Media pages.
How do I organise an All Organic Store’s Fundraising Drive?
You must be a not-for-profit organisation as outlined in the Terms & Conditions and complete a Fundraising Drives Program Application.

How does the All Organic Store’s Fundraising Drives Work?
You will be sent an Agreement Letter which must be signed and returned to us within three (3) business days. In this letter, you will choose which Fundraising Drive you wish to proceed with.
We currently have two Fundraising Drives available.
Once we receive your signed agreement, you will receive Promotional Flyers, Customer Order Forms and Collection/Tally Forms in PDF format for you to print and distribute.
We recommend a four (4) week campaign where you collect orders and payments from your customers.
When and how do we order the products from All Organic Store?
At the end of the four (4) week campaign, you will forward the completed Collections/Tally Form to All Organic Store to email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that this form is clear to read as we will process your order from it.
All Organic Store will then forward a Tax Invoice for the amount due within two (2) business days of receiving the Collections/Tally Form.
This Tax Invoice must be paid within three (3) business day of the date of the invoice.
When and how are the products delivered?
Deliveries will be between five (5) to ten (10) business days after full payment has been made.
The products will be delivered to your organisation’s street address via Courier or Australia Post.
Products will be sent in bulk and it is up to your Not-For-Profit Organisation to pack each customers order and distribute accordingly. All Organic Store will provide thank you cards for each customer who supports your Fundraising Drive offering them a 10% at our store.
All Organic Store can pack orders individually at a cost of $1.00 per order. If you choose this option, all customer orders must be sent to All Organic Store, PO Box 1179, Carindale QLD 4152. Please ensure all customer order forms are clear to read. This option can be arranged at time of ordering.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order requirement for the All Organic Store Fundraising Drives.
How much can be raised with an All Organic Store Fundraising Drive?
The money you can raise through our Fundraising Drives is unlimited as we have a tiered profit program. The more you sell the higher profit you will make.

How do I qualify for an All Organic Store Fundraiser?
Your organisation must qualify as a not-for-profit organisation in one of the following ways:
- Community: Funds are being raised to support community based activities. These can be for charitable, educational or recreational purposes (sporting teams/clubs etc)
- Charitable: Funds are being raised for a registered charitable organisation.
- Educational: School or school related groups such as P&C, band, sports team.
Do I need approval to do an All Organic Store Fundraising Drive?
Yes. You will need to complete an All Organic Store Fundraising Drives Program Application Form and provide the following information.
- A letter from the not-for-profit organisation’s letterhead, state your full name and position within the organisation and must be signed by a ‘Person of Authority’ such as a president, principal or chairman.
- A letter of registration is acceptable, should you be taking part in an event.
- A brief description of your not-for-profit organisation.
- A brief description of what the funds raised will be used for.
- A high-resolution logo of the not-for-profit organisation.
How often can I do a Fundraising Drive?
A not-for-profit organisation as outlined above is permitted to fundraise once a quarter.
Does All Organic Store provide an order form for customer orders?
All Organic Store provides individual order forms for your customers as a PDF which you will need print and give to your customers. These forms can also be emailed for your customers to complete and return to you. When opened in Acrobat Reader, these forms will automatically total the orders.
A Collection/Tally Sheet is also provided in PDF format, as your order from from All Organic Store. When opened in Acrobat Reader, these forms will automatically total the orders. On this form you need to include the total number of customer orders.
All Organic Store will also provide an A4 Promotional Flyer in PDF format.
Is there a delivery charge for our total order?
No. We want to help you as much as possible, so we will arrange delivery to you at no cost to you. However if you need to add to your order after we have finalised your Drive order, there will be a fee of $9.95 for the second delivery.
Can I change my order once it has been finalised?
Once your order has been finalised, products can be changed or cancelled within three (3) business days of receiving your invoice and before payment has been made.
You can add to your order up to ten (10) business days of the order being finalised and paid for, however, the added orders will be delivered five (5) to ten (10) business days after payment has been made. There will be a $9.95 delivery charge to cover costs of second postage.
How do I pay for my order?
Payments are only accepted by Direct Deposit, PayPal, Visa Card or Mastercard.
Orders will be processed once payment is received and cleared.
When do I pay for my order?
Once your order has been received by All Organic Store, we will email you the invoice within two (2) business days of amounts to be paid. This invoice must be paid within three (3) business days. This invoice will be the amount owed to All Organic Store less your discount.
How are orders delivered?
All Organic Store will deliver your order in bulk. It is up to your not-for-profit organisation to pack and distribute your customer orders. With every customer order, All Organic Store will provide a Thank You card for supporting your Fundraising Drive and offer them a 10% discount to All Organic Store.
