Please allow extra time for deliveries over the Christmas period.  See our Christmas Trading times for more details. All orders are posted directly from our warehouse located in Brisbane, Queensland. We send orders via Australia Post. To calculate delivery estimates with Australia Post click here and use From Post Code 4152. For orders over 4kg, we may need to send via Sendle Couriers (Fastway or Couriers Please), which can take extra time in delivery – for Sendle delivery estimates click here. Orders will be dispatched between one (1) to five (5) business days dependent, from when we receive your order. Orders submitted after 2pm and on weekends are received by us the next business day.  Please note that unless there is a quantity number showing in stock availability, it is in stock at the suppliers warehouse and will take two (2) to five (5) business days for dispatch. We cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item that is unexpectedly unavailable, however we will offer you a store credit or refund. If any item/s are on back order – these will be posted to you when they arrive at our warehouse at no extra shipping charges to you. If the order has been sent but not collected by you and is returned to us – a re-shipping fee of $10.95 will be charged to re-send the order to you.


If you are not 100% satisfied with the item/s you purchased, we offer a store credit or exchange if the product is unopened and un-used. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form. Product/s must be returned to us (at the cost of the buyer) within 14 days of dispatch from our warehouse to receive store credit or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the item/s we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
